There may be times (rare occasion) that we may take your order and consequently discover that the item is not available for shipping (sold out, damaged or defective). In such cases, we will notify you via email of the status and do our best to fulfill the order as soon as possible. We will also give you the option to cancel the order. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If you have completed the checkout process and we have not processed your order for shipping, you may cancel your order but with a $2 cancellation charge. Unfortunately, once orders have been processed on our end orders cannot be canceled. Contact us as soon as possible (email@example.com) if you have accidentally ordered the wrong size and your order has not shipped and we will try our best to accommodate an exchange of size.
We charge only actual shipping charges based on the weight of the item(s) ordered, the dimensions of the package(s), the zip code the item(s) are shipping from and the shipping destination. Some items do ship “Oversized”. Oversized rates, based on the size and weight of the item(s) are automatically calculated into your shipping rates.
We offer free ground shipping on some items, these items will have the label “FREE SHIPPING” on the category and product pages. These items ship free to the Continental US only.
Our shopping cart connects directly with UPS and the USPS using our shipper accounts to calculate your shipping charges. This way, you can take advantage of our volume discounts. You will find our shipping charges to be extremely accurate. However, if you find something that does not seem to be correct, please let us know and we will look into it immediately.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
PawsShion’s clothing items are not subject for return. We suggest that you measure your pets accurately in order to avoid getting the wrong size. However, if we sent you the wrong size or product by accident, you should contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Items should be unused and unopened together with the original packaging and tags. We will cover the cost of shipping along with free shipping for the correct product sent back to you. Please bear in mind that we are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
You have 30 days to return the item(s). All returned items must be unused and in new condition in their original packaging including all hardware and instructional components. Items are also subject to a restocking fee. Any returned item deemed not to fall within the preceding criteria will be returned with no credit issued at your expense. Once your return has been inspected please allow 3-14 business days for credit to be applied to the credit card used for purchase. Initial cost of shipping is not eligible for refund.
Refused Orders – Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item when delivered by UPS, USPS or any other common carrier and legitimately ordered from us, credit will be issued for the item, minus shipping and restocking fee.

Pet Beds, Dog Houses, Pet Ramps, Booster Bath, Booster Bath Ramps, Pet Gates, Crates, Cages, Pens and Kennels, Exercise Pens, Pet Barriers, Pet Strollers
10% Restocking Fee:
All items not listed above are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If an item is exchanged for a similar item of different size or color the restocking fee will be waived on the original order. NOTE: Restocking Fees for Crates, Cages and Gates are not eligible to be waived.
